1.Products which are eligible for return, should be returned within 7 days of receiving the
merchandise.
2. Please remember to check whether a product is eligible for return under the Product
Information. The product is NOT eligible for return unless clearly stated in the Product
Information section.
3. If you receive a damaged product, please send us a picture showing the damage within 24 hours
of receipt, on sales@thehandicraftstudio.com
4. Once your return is authorized by The Handicraft Studio, we will refund your amount in one of
the following ways:
a. As store credit, which you will see in your account within 24 hours of receiving the
product at our end
b. In your selected payment mode within 24 hours of receiving the product at our end
5. In case you are returning the product for any reason other than a damaged product, we will
require you to pay the “return pick up fees” as per your location and this will be deducted from
your refund amount/store credit as applicable.
6. We try to process returns within 2 working weeks.

Cancellation
1. You may cancel an order you placed within 1 hour of confirming the order.
2.If your payment mode has already gone through by this time, the payment will be reversed within
4-5 working days through the same payment mode that you had booked the product in.
